In order to become a MS Center Member you just need to start pursuing the cause of World Brotherhood through active application of principles of Love, Beauty and Knowledge to your daily life.

By leaving a positive message in a MS Guestbook and sending an email to members@sangha.net, you establish your Member status with Maitreya Sangha.

This will enable you to the following rights:

1. Receive an MS member complete monthly/weekly update on the additions to the MS site and cultural activities of Maitreya Sangha Center

2. Participate in the email discussion list of Members of MS Center

3. Borrow up to five books from the physical library of Maitreya Sangha Center at a time if you live in the Washington, DC area free of charge. You will need to send in advance a reimbursable deposit or purchase the title if you live outside the area.

As a full Member, you are supposed to contribute actively to the work of Maitreya Sangha Center by:

• Building the MS website (contributing to Temples of Messengers of Light, Art, Teachings, Library, Partners etc.)
• Performing translation work
• Organizing various cultural activities in your area
• Attending weekly meetings or paticipating in email discussion list
