The AUMM  was born in Puerto Rico, and was inspired by Helena Roerich in her letter 21 of December 9, 1935 (Vol.. II)  where She advises:

"You ask about the "Unity of Women". I perceived in it the idea of universal unity for the upliftment  of the level of women's consciousness in all countries and for the affirmation of women's rights, not through violence and ugly demonstrations after the manner of the suffragettes, but rather through self-perfectment and the development of one's potentialities. In the activity of the Unity of Women" should also be included the program of "The Communities of the Heroic Sisters," about which I have already written you. Certainly each program should vary in accordance with the local conditions and existing possibilities. Yes, women should actively rise to the defense of their rights and those of children, and by means of word and deed they should raise the moral and cultural level of their respective countries."(p.91)

The book "Heart" of the Agni Yoga Teachings has the following:

Paragraph 453- .... "And who will undertake the task of explaining and reiterating to all peoples about the heart? Not lawyers, not physicians, nor warriors, nor priests, but the Sisters of the Great Mountain will undertake the solemn duty of laying a hand upon the aching heart, designating with the other hand unlimited Benefaction. who then, will know how to understand the solemnity of love, which unites the silver thread with the citadel of the Highest Heart. therefore we send the sisters to an achievement of the heart. It is impossible to manifest the infinitude of the Highest Heart in accordance with the comprehension of an unawakened consciousness. But you must already be successful in the assimilation of solemnity. You must built up solicitude not to dishonor solemnity by anything petty and lacking in co-measurement. In this way shall the Sisters of the mountain progress in service. thus, they will protect the hearts of the people from infamy and the stench that is engendered by darkness."

This is a very powerful statement and one that really inflames the heart to act accordingly.

After our study of the spiritual development of women in the lasts 30 years in the USA, Europe and Puerto Rico, a deep concern has emerge in my heart to see an increasing deterioration of the ethical values of women regarding the use of their sexuality in promiscuous relationships and even condoning abortion as a right to the use of their bodies ignorant of the crimes committed and the great waste of precious energy of which they are custodians and missing the great opportunity to be a good Maternal Vessels for the higher spirits that are to be reincarnated.

As you well know this is an over reaction to unjust and cruel treatment with which an ill intended patriarchal orthodoxy have treated women and Mother Earth over the last six millenniums.

But to tell you the truth what worries the most is the revival of the Old Earth Religious Rituals (Wicca) with which women are involving themselves once more but this time without the proper training to deal with the constant danger of obsession from Subtle World.

By a lack of education women are exposing themselves in good faith to the anachronical development of mediumistic powers which makes them prey to the unscrupulous dark forces. Instead of educating their hearts in the service to the general good, a surer path to the evolution of the spirit.

The Asociacion Unidad Mundial de la Mujer, or Women's Global Unity Movement has as it main purpose to connect woman with the Feminine Principle of Creation or the Mother of the World, through the education of the heart as it is suggested in the Teaching of the Living Ethics, in its triple aspect of Love, Beauty and Spiritual Knowledge. As you know, this will prepare woman for the Great Service, help her in developing Straight Knowledge or Intuition, activates the Auric net as a protective shield, the Aura being by affinity the natural magnet of attraction or repulsion of the Currents of Space, puts in optimum conditions the immune system of the physical body and what is more important, creates the link to the Hierarchy of Light and to the Teacher. We are well aware that this is a very slow process but as the Teaching says "We educate for the future".

Women that have awaken their hearts will be possessors of the Holy Chalice of the Mother of the World and will be able to become the worthy mothers of the New Race.

Our spiritual Mother, Helena Roerich, indicates in her Letters, the future of Humanity is in the hands of woman and that she should be awakened to assume her great mission.

Therefore, the unity of women ( the awakened hearts) will be able to create a force so powerful as to dissolve the poisons in the atmosphere of the planet that infects our ill prepared humanity by causing the diseased condition encountered everywhere.

A second purpose for the Global Unity of Woman, will be to make a united petition to the United Nations for the creation of a World Council of Wise Women that will deal with all the matters related to women and their children and that can be at the same time a High Court dictating solutions to the same in any and all countries of the world.

The present situation of massive mutilation of the woman's body (cliteroctomy) in Muslim countries like Asia and Africa, the sale for slavery for prostitution of girls in the same countries, the sanction of murder of women that have been raped or found in union with a male outside of marriage in the Muslim religion, the high statistics of illiteracy in the population of women (40%) in countries like Asia, Africa and Latin America, the labor exploitation of woman and children that comprise more than 60% of the poor population of the world are some of the issues with which this World Council of wise women will have to contend with.

This Council will also deal with the design of World Core Educational Curriculum Program to prepare woman to assume her rightful place along side of men and educate her as a spiritual bridge between the worlds (Earthly, Subtle and Fiery). A similar council must be also establish in each country and it will answer to the Matrix World Council.

It is my sincere belief that the creation of such a Council will be a solution to the difficult issues that surround the problems dealing with woman on a world scale and that only then will man listen to the women's voice.

We would like to count with your valuable help on bringing this about.  Maybe you will have many ideas that will help to shape this project into material form. If we can let women know that each one can be of help in bringing this about. We need to create a Web page for the AUMM,  how can we accomplish this in the most economical manner?  We need to put every thing in two languages at the beginning, English and Spanish and when the Sisters from France gives us a hand then French and so on.
